You can purchase individual hours, or pre-paid bundles for a discounted rate within the basicix portal. Unused hours will be available to you until you are ready to utilize them.

Examples where hours would be used:

Resolving formatting or responsiveness concerns

Credits: Remote Professional Services & Custom Solutions

(Starting at $350 / 10 credits)

Credits give you access to specialized services beyond troubleshooting, without the opaque flat-rate fees and estimates of traditional providers. We break projects into manageable tasks, deducting credits based on the effort required from our technicians. Every task is part of a detailed ticket, so you get to see exactly what we are working on and how long it takes us, ensuring maximum transparency. Plus, they never expire.
